Orders over $120 CAD (and up to $1000 CAD) receive free Expedited Shipping via Canada Post. Otherwise, the responsibility for shipping costs lies with the customer. Customers are required to initiate returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in their original condition. Prior to returning an item, customers are advised to contact our customer service department. Upon receipt of the returned item, customers have the option to receive a refund to the original method of payment or opt for store credit in the form of a gift card.
